Systems drawings and sometimes isolation tests are required to confirm the systems layout.  On many occasions, property owners / managers do not have systems drawings resulting in not knowing how the underground water mains are linked.

It is very important to confirm your systems layout so that in the case of a water main break, you can quickly close the appropriate water main valves to limit serious flooding and damage to property.

Isolation tests will require the closing of valves to validate the test.  We recommend carrying out this service at the same time as your watermain valve inspections.
